Your data stays exactly where it is. Features above the free tier limits become read-only. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock them again. No data is ever deleted.

Yes — a valid card is required so we can auto-renew at the end of the 14 days, but you won’t be charged a cent during the trial. Cancel any time before day 14 from inside the app and there’s nothing to pay.

Jarrah Pro costs $4.99 AUD/month, a fraction of what YNAB charges ($14.99 USD/month). Jarrah has a permanent free tier with unlimited accounts and transactions. The Pro tier adds budgeting, insights, investments, reminders, splits, and detailed reports.

Yes. You can switch at any time. When you switch to annual, you’ll receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly period.

Yes. Import your existing data via CSV or Excel. Your custom categories and vendor rules replace your spreadsheet logic, without the formulas.

Export a CSV or Excel file from your internet banking and drop it into the Transactions page. Jarrah auto-detects columns, applies your vendor rules, and skips duplicates. You can also enter transactions manually for cash and one-offs.

Your data is protected with row-level security on every database query. Sign-in is via Supabase Auth (OAuth or email + password). We never see or store your bank credentials because we never ask for them.

Yes. The free tier will always exist with meaningful functionality. We will never remove features from the free tier after launch.
