When you write in, it helps to include: your account email, the device or browser you're using, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots are welcome.
Common topics
Importing transactions
Export a CSV or Excel file from your internet banking and drop it into Jarrah. Column mapping is automatic for most banks, and saved per-account presets remember your setup for next time.
Budgets and recurring expenses
Use the Planner to set monthly or annual targets, then watch the Tracker show actual vs. planned spending in real time. Recurring bills, subscriptions, and income sources live alongside your budget so nothing slips through.
Investments and net worth
Track investment accounts alongside your spending. Record balance snapshots whenever you check your portfolio — Jarrah will compute gain/loss, return %, and net-worth history from there.
Exporting your data
You can export your data any time from Settings. Your data is yours and we never lock it in.
Manage your subscription
Jarrah Pro is billed through your Apple ID on iOS or directly through Stripe on the web. Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it.
Subscribed on iOS
Open Settings on your device → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → select Jarrah. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in any browser.
Subscribed on the web
Open Jarrah on the web, go to Settings → Subscription, and click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment details or cancel.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Jarrah Pro. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
